April showers bring May flowers and this somewhat accidental design reminds me of dandelions. While the rains continue, things are blooming. The blessings always more plentiful when I focus on having a grateful heart. So this May I am grateful for creative time, family and friends pouring abundantly into my life, and for a Savior that makes it all possible.

Nothing says, “April is here” in Florida like the daily afternoon shower (read: torrential downpour). Luckily though, as the old saying goes, April showers bring May flowers so I’m thankful for this rain.
I’m thankful for all the rain. Especially the metaphorical kind.
This has been a season of downpour, full of abundant love and undeniable evidence of the awesome God that created it all. Some storms have been on the scarier side, lightening and thunder leaving me shaking in my boots at times, but always pointing me to deeper trust in the One who deserves all my trust.
So I am thankful for this rain.
