Broccoli Slaw Wraps

Broccoli is easily my favorite vegetable… next to asparagus.  Oh yeah, or artichokes.  Has there been confirmation of avocado’s vegetable status?  No?  Well, anyways, broccoli is easily my 3rd (or 4th) favorite vegetable.  On a whim I bought a bag of broccoli slaw with the intention of adding it to stir fry.  But, in general, I laugh in the face of intention when it comes to preparing food.  Why?  Because I’m lazy.  So one night, starving, I threw all this stuff together and some stars collided and the earth shook and it was good.  Amen. 

I must confess that’s not normally what happens.  It’s usually “meh” on the upside and “bleck” on the downside, but hey, I try to see the sunny side and take my wins when I get them.  And this broccoli slaw?  I have an actual real live person that REQUESTS this meal which leads me to believe: it’s a win! 

Broccoli Slaw Wraps

4 Whole Wheat Pitas halved

12 oz Broccoli Slaw

6 oz Live Alfalfa Sprouts

6 oz Dried Berries

3 tsp VEGAN Prepared Horseradish

8 oz VEGAN Sour Cream

There’s just three easy steps

1, Take all this:

2. Dump it all in a bowl and stir…

… until it looks like this.

3. Stuff into pita halves.

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…

or doe ray me….

or A B C…

that’s as easy as slaw can be…

and I can guarantee that you can make this meal within the 3 minutes it takes to sing this song that in undoubtedly stuck in your head.
